Return & Refund Policy — Optical World USA
30-Day Return Window
At Optical World USA, we want you to love the products you have purchased. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your optical accessory must meet all of the following conditions:
∙ Accessories are unworn, unscratched, and in their original condition
∙ All original packaging is included
∙ Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided
Please note: For hygiene and prescription accuracy reasons, custom prescription lenses are non-refundable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or lab error.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at triumphopticalllc@gmail.com or call 323-478-1991 before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with packing instructions. Ship your eyewear back to:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it, reach out to us at triumphopticalllc@gmail.com or call 323-478-1991 and we’ll look into it right away.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right at no cost to you — no return shipping required on our end.
